Half-Day H2O Meditation Retreat
Time required: 4 hours; 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
7:30—8:15: Arrive and prep for pool/open water.
8:15—8:45: In pool/open water meditation session
8:45—9:30: Light snack, and mindfully and drink a warm beverage (This helps you focus deeper in subsequent meditations).
9:30—10:15: Journaling meditation.
10:15—11:45: In pool/open water work
11:45—12:15: Lunch
12:15—1:30: Coaching, journaling, and close out session
