I am going to do my best to include in the blog at least once a week a moment of mindfulness. My original goal was to do this daily but I’m not sure if (first) I can do it daily and (second) if it would be valued. The idea is to have short quick read entries you can use for a mindful moment based on my own practice during the week. Stay tuned as I begin and share this journey with you.
